The place was fairly clean, our room was top-notch. Pleasure to deal with efficient staff. There were air conditioner and television in the room, enjoyed that. The hotel had a pleasant bar and a GOOD restaurant.

Optimal location for my purpose, clean place. Pleasant, polite staff, nothing too much trouble. I enjoyed having a personal safe, a TV set and a lounge. Great food choices for breakfast.

it was neat, and i loved perfect location and staff. the bed was nice and it was great having climate control and a tv set. the stay was lovely.

Worth its 4 stars. The rooms are pleasant and the staff are loyal! Comfortable bed and high-quality furniture. Had breakfast for eur 10 per person.

Perfect hotel with helpful stuff. We greatly enjoyed our junior suite. 15 mins walk to the center. For dinner, we went to La Girouette, it was within short walking distance to the venue.

We could have lunch in La Rapiere set within 400 feet. Great location, interesting place for a weekend. We would like to stay there on the next trip on our next trip to Carcassone...
